After your appointment, you’ll receive an electronic home exercise program that you can access anytime.
David will also be available to answer any questions you have and assist with scheduling any follow-up appointments.

No, a doctor’s referral is not required to see me!
California state law allows you up to 12 physical therapy visits within 45 calendar days (whichever comes first) without a referral. After that, a referral from an MD, DO, or DPM will be needed to continue treatment. I will notify you if and when a referral is required.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we understand that life happens. Please notify us via call, text, or email at least 24 hours in advance.
Frequent cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in discharge from physical therapy services.

I do not accept insurance due to the increasing limitations and restrictions placed by insurance companies.
Instead, I collect full payment for your physical therapy session, which allows me to provide care without the constraints of insurance fees or regulations that are common in traditional PT clinics.
This approach enables me to offer personalized, one-on-one care tailored specifically to you.
If needed, I can provide you with a 'Superbill' invoice for your visit, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential 'out-of-network' reimbursement.

Yes, we accept HSA/FSA credit cards as payment.
You can also use the 'superbill' invoice provided after your visit to claim reimbursement through your HSA/FSA.
